Using Sociales
Terms of Service
Effective 19 September 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Sociales. Sociales is a social media management platform operated by Workmatter Enterprise, a sole proprietorship registered in Ghana.
1. The service
Sociales helps individuals, teams, brands, and agencies plan, create, review, schedule, publish, manage, and measure social media content. The service may include connected social profiles, media storage, collaboration, approvals, reports, analytics, AI tools, RSS tools, calendars, billing, and support.
Features, plan limits, supported platforms, and availability can change as the service develops. A feature may depend on a third-party platform, your plan, your role, your account type, or the permissions that you approve.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Sociales. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for people you invite. Do not share an account with someone who should have their own membership and role. You must not use Sociales where doing so would break a law, your employer's rules, or a third-party platform's terms.
3. Organisations, brands, and agencies
An organisation owner controls its members, roles, connected profiles, content, billing, and settings. Owners and administrators must give only the access that each member needs and must remove access when it is no longer needed.
A brand keeps ownership of its social profiles and data in its Brand organisation. An agency or creator may receive delegated access to manage that brand's work, but does not acquire ownership of the brand's profiles or data. When a brand ends the relationship, Sociales removes that delegated access according to the permissions the brand chose.
4. Connected social profiles and other services
Connecting a social profile may send you to the relevant provider to approve permissions. Sociales receives a credential after you approve and uses it only to provide the features you request. We do not ask for or store your social-platform password.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to connect each profile and to publish, edit, delete, review, or access its content. You must follow the terms, policies, API rules, and community rules of every provider you connect. Those providers control their own services and may change, limit, reject, remove, or suspend access at any time.
A successful schedule in Sociales is not a promise that a third-party platform will publish or keep the content available. You remain responsible for checking scheduled and published content and for handling platform notices, moderation, and audience responses.
If you connect a YouTube channel, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply. By using the YouTube connection in Sociales, you agree to be bound by those terms.
5. Your content and our rights to operate the service
You keep ownership of the content, media, brand materials, and other data that you or your organisation provide to Sociales. You give Workmatter Enterprise a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, display, transmit, and adapt that material only as needed to run, secure, improve, and provide the service you request, including sending it to a social platform or service that you connect.
You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and lawful bases needed for your content and instructions. Do not upload or publish material that infringes another person's rights, breaks confidentiality, contains unlawful personal data, or violates a platform's rules.
Sociales, its software, branding, documentation, and other materials that we create remain the property of Workmatter Enterprise or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of those materials.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Sociales to:
- break the law or another person's rights;
- send spam, scams, misleading messages, malware, or harmful content;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive people;
- collect or use personal data without a lawful reason or the required permission;
- circumvent plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or provider rules;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or another account; or
- use the service to build or run a competing service from our non-public materials.
7. AI features
AI features may help create, rewrite, analyse, or recommend content. They can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your audience. You must review AI output before relying on it or publishing it, unless an authorised person in your organisation deliberately enables a supported automation.
Do not use AI features to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content. You are responsible for the prompts, source material, output, and publication decisions made through your account.
8. Fees, subscriptions, trials, and credits
Paid plans, add-ons, taxes, billing periods, and plan limits are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Polar and its payment partners. You authorise the relevant charges, including recurring subscription charges, until you cancel through the billing tools or Polar customer portal.
Paid plans may include a free trial. If a trial requires a payment method, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise.
X Post Packs are one-time, prepaid purchases. They are available only with an active eligible paid base plan. Unused X credits remain on the organisation account and do not expire, but they cannot be used while the required base plan is inactive. We may reserve a credit when an X post is scheduled and release it if the post is cancelled or fails before publishing.
AI plan credits reset with the relevant billing cycle. Separately purchased AI credits follow the rules shown at checkout. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and plan changes may adjust credit balances, including a balance that becomes negative after a refund for credits already used. Nothing here removes a refund right that applicable law requires.
9. Changes to fees and service
We may change plans, prices, features, or limits. For a recurring paid plan, we will give reasonable notice before a price increase takes effect unless the law permits a shorter notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the next renewal.
We may change, suspend, or end a feature where needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, a provider change, or the continued operation of Sociales. Where practical, we will give advance notice for material changes.
10. Privacy, security, and data
Our Privacy Policy explains how Workmatter Enterprise collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal data. It is part of these terms.
You must use reasonable security measures for your own account, devices, organisation members, and connected services. You must not share credentials or access tokens through unsafe channels. We use safeguards designed to protect the service, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Where available, you can export or delete your data through Sociales. You can disconnect a social profile at any time. Disconnecting stops future access through Sociales but does not automatically remove content already published on the third-party platform.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Sociales at any time. We may suspend or end your access, remove content, or limit a feature when we reasonably believe there is a security risk, non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, a breach of these terms, a provider requirement, or a risk to other users or the service.
We will normally give notice and a chance to fix the issue where it is safe and practical. We may act without notice when delay could cause harm, fraud, a legal breach, or a security issue. Sections that should continue by their nature, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, continue after termination.
12. Disclaimers
Sociales is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or provider, or suitable for every purpose.
We do not guarantee publication results, audience growth, engagement, reach, revenue, platform approval, AI accuracy, analytics accuracy, or the continued availability of a third-party platform. You use your own judgement when creating, approving, scheduling, or publishing content.
13. Limits on liability
To the extent permitted by law, Workmatter Enterprise and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of Sociales.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to Sociales will not exceed the amount your organisation paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
14. Indemnity
If you use Sociales for a business or organisation, you will defend and indemnify Workmatter Enterprise against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your content, your use of the service, your connected profiles, or your breach of these terms or a provider's rules. We will give you reasonable notice of a claim and a chance to control its defence where the law allows.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a dispute somewhere else.
Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Sociales develops, laws change, or our providers change. We will publish the new effective date and give additional notice when a change materially affects your rights or obligations. By continuing to use Sociales after the new terms take effect, you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any paid plan before the next renewal.
17. Other legal terms
Notices from us may be given in Sociales, by email to the address connected to your account, or by publishing them on our website. Notices to us must be sent to the contact address below.
You may not transfer your account or these terms without our written permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of the service, while protecting your rights under applicable law.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan or checkout terms shown to you are the full agreement between you and Workmatter Enterprise about Sociales. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a term straight away, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
